Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I began my career in healthcare, where I developed a deep appreciation for the connection between physical and emotional well-being. My work in an OB-GYN setting allowed me to support women through some of life’s most meaningful — and often challenging — transitions. These experiences inspired my move into private practice, where I now focus on helping women navigate the emotional complexities of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.
I use evidence-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs. EMDR allows us to work more deeply with distressing experiences, trauma, and patterns that may continue to affect how you feel and respond in the present. It can be particularly helpful when you understand why you feel or behave a certain way but still find yourself feeling stuck. My style is warm, genuine, and collaborative — I bring both compassion and a sense of humor to sessions, creating a safe space for healing, exploration, and growth.
I view therapy as a partnership and a privilege — a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we’ll work toward processing past experiences, building greater balance, clarity, and self-compassion, and creating meaningful and lasting change in your life.
